Celpa Clinic was looking to drive new patients into their clinic and they were interested in doing it as quickly as possible. Digillennial stepped up to the plate and over three months, we generated over 80 new patient leads with 32% of those leads making in office appointments.
Along with an influx of new patients, we reduced the acquisition cost per patient by 42% and improved their patient handoff process to double patient retention allowing them to schedule twice as many follow up appointments than the three months prior. Overall, Celpa was extremely pleased with the results and we are continually monitoring and improving from our original ad strategy.

Content Creation and Organic Lead Generation is the gift that keeps on giving but unfortunately many providers disregard it or don’t know how to implement it at their practice. Luckily for Celpa Clinic, they came to the right place!
We created and installed a 10 page PDF downloadable on their website titled ‘5 Ways To Alleviate Back Pain’. It’s produced a dozen organic leads and converted a handful into in-office appointments for back pain alleviation treatment. What’s great about organic lead generation, there’s only an initial up front cost and thankfully it’s already paid for itself! Now it’s sitting pretty on their website working around the clock to generate new patient leads for their practice.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
Celpa Clinic needed a Social Media adjustment. They have a loyal following but their feed and content wasn’t branded and rarely incentivized patients to take action.
We whipped up some of our famous attention grabbing social media posts to help create brand awareness and drive potential patients to the website. They saw a 196% increase in website traffic over three months and a large portion of that traffic was attributed to Social Media.
Celpa Clinic has been in business for over 20 years. One thing we took advantage of was their massive patient data base. We crafted multiple email campaigns to drive cold traffic and previous patients back into the clinic. We had an astonishing 82% open rate and were able to get 4% of receivers back into the clinic for a Mothers Day special.
On top of the Mothers Day special, we targeted their lawyer database with a fresh, state-of-the-art, final report email campaign to increase patient referrals by 14%. Overall, email alone added an additional 20% to the clinics revenue month over month.
